Coming To a PC Near You, Crysis 2

I have to confess, I have not had the chance to even play the first installation of this game, but from what this trailer gives away, the sequel is going to be as equally kick butt as the first.
Be sure to hit the ‘full screen’ option. You won’t be disappointed.

One can only wonder how many commercials can be based on WoW. I have not yet been sucked into the awe that is WoW, but this is quite good.

Today was a stress-free, work-free day. What does that mean? I relax, I attend a couple of church meetings, and I research all the technology (games mostly) I’ve missed out on over the past year or so. Not that BioShock was not worthy of posting on, but the fact Unreal Tournament III is on the verge of release has me giddy, yet again, for the game I can assure you has taken more hours of my life than any of the others in my digital amusement arsenal.
However, having said that, it’s 12:30am on Monday morning (Sunday night) and I REALLY need to get up early and workout. So, in lieu of my limited time, I leave you all with a screen-shot and link to the Unreal Tournament III web site.
Enjoy.

Startcraft II

Yes, after oh almost ten (10) years (1998), Starcraft II has been officially announced. No release date as of yet, however, there are some seriously wicked game play and introduction videos out on the site. Almost exciting as Transformers the movie.

Great news. First Doom, now Halo. I wonder which one will be better.

So I broke down and bought the long awaited sequel to the originals. Nicole was not too please since I have had absolutely no time at all for the past few months (work projects, school etc), but I had to find out just how ‘spectacular’ this masterpiece really was.
Well, in regards to the graphics engine, it is unbelievable! However, I am not sure it has the appeal that the Unreal series or Half-Live had for me. Sure graphics are amazing, but the game play is monotonous and quite redundant. Granted I have only put in a couple of hours in front of the screen, but the lack of Deus Ex interaction and the Call of Duty maneuverability (leaning, ducking, lying, etc) has left me wanting more.a
Again, this is after 2 or so hours of playing, I might have a different opinion, give me some time.

Been playing this one for a bit now and I have to say it’s one of the more addicting multiplayer FPS’s I’ve played in a while.
