Now, I do not claim to be an avid ready, but on occasion, I will read cover-page headlines to see what is happening in the world that day. Today, the headline read, “Why The Mortgage Crisis Happened”. This caught my attention. In the article, a chronological outline of events, since FDR, of the collapse of the housing mortgage industry. Granted, it appears to be slanted to focus on certain “characters”, so I will leave it to you to determine if what this guy is claiming is legitimate.

Why did the mortgage crisis of 2008 happen?
