Day 16 : 01.25.2005

Another cardio day down, umteen days to go. I increased my intensity level again this time. I am doing a three-tiered approach combined with the BfL methodology.

0-9 minutes 6 – 10 gradual hill
10-19 minutes 7-11 gradual hill
11-20 minutes 8-12 gradual hill

I about passed out the last 5 minutes, but I made it.

Day 15 : 01.24.2005

Ryan and I pretty muched destroyed our upper body today. I am still waiting for my PDA as my “24 hour” replacement warrantee is on its 4th day.

Day 13 : 01.22.2005

30 minutes on the eliptical trainer. I am really liking the increasing intensity hill routine (I’ll have to come up with a fancier name later, for now that’s good enough). I’m able to make the full 30 minutes but with quite the burn.

Day 12 : 01.21.2005

Legs, legs, legs.

Doubled my weight on almost everything and did quite well. Wasn’t able to stand at the company ‘Winter Gala’, but it was well worth the soreness.

Day 11 : 01.20.2005

Another elliptical trainer routine. I’ve decided to add a little twist to the suggested strategy by increasing my total workout time to 30 minutes as well as increasing the level each peak sequence. Confusing but I think it will work better for me.

Day 10 : 01.19.2005

Great day to workout, terrible day to smash your PDA in the arm curl machine. What an IDIOT! Yeah, I smashed my iPAQ in between the machine and the swing arm of the curl machine. I’ve got some pictures to put on here as soon as I have time. As for our workout, Ryan and I did upper body and I can’t believe how fast my body is ‘remembering’. I think at 4 weeks I should be back to my old strengh for upper body. Now as for my physique, that’s going to take a bit longer.

Day 9 : 01.18.2005

I decided 20 minutes just wasn’t enough for me, especially when it takes me so long to get warmed up. So Ryan and I are now doing 30 minute cardio days.
